Made this exactly as written, in size 92. Perfect fit on my 93cm tall almost 3 yo. (34lbs or so).
Had a little challenge getting the collar perfectly lined up, but I blame that on the late night, and trying to do too much. Placket went together very simply.

I like this pattern though I need to work on my knit collar skills. For the short sleeve version I just cut 3 inches from the long sleeve pattern.
