Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
If not, why?
I added a cuff at the bottom but it was shorter than the pattern piece.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
I didn't follow them. They are in Danish.

Easy basic pants
Fabric used
very soft cotton ribknit
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
They are a little big but I wanted them that way b/c they are pj pants. I made the elastic waist version.
