almost
If not, why?
I cut one of the fabric pieces too small so it wasn't quite as wide. I added a contrast panel to the top.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes

The pattern was easy to make
Fabric used
Quilting cotton
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
Don't make it any narrower.
Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes this is my second time.
Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes, it is a sweet and easy doll skirt to make and it is easy to modify.
