Girls pull-on (close fitting) pants (i.e. yoga pants)

Pants are designed for two-way stretch fabric with 75% stretch. Suggested fabrics: Cotton LycraŽ, nylon LycraŽ, rayon LycraŽ and swimwear fabrics.
Girls' very close fitting pull-on pants have slightly flared legs in two lengths. View A has a low-cut waist in front with overlapped waistband. View B has a wide fold-down waistband and are cropped. Link to pattern:

* Which view and size did you make?
I made long pants (like view A) but used a rollover waistband (like view B). I made a size M (7-8).
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
The length seems to run short. I had to add 1.5" on to the length. I have made these before and had the same problem.
Fabric used
C/L. I have also used this same pattern for cotton velour and cotton french terry w/ spandex.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I added 1.5" to the length. I cut the waistband 6" high. To calculate how wide it was, I measured the waist and took that measurement times 75%.
