Size 140 width, 158 length on my 13 year old who typically wears an xs top, 0 or 00 bottoms in RTW
mods: I didn't do the outer layer bodice front as my daughter isn't into gathers/bows and I also skipped the gathering on the sleeves.

It got 2 thumbs up from her! Next time I'll add a little more length to the skirt portion.
