A basic t-shirt with short puff sleeves with a bound edge. Which view and size did you make?

I love the simplicity of the design. There aren't extra steps that don't make sense. Kwik Sew is great for easy to follow kids' patterns. Fabric used
cotton knit Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
After making a couple with gathering at the bottom, I decided to do a pleat instead. I marked the center of each section and folded the extra fabric in from each side. Would you sew this pattern again?
