Simplicity Pattern Name/Number
4812 - Child's Poncho Pattern Description
Poncho with hood. Which view and size did you make?
B - Size 4 Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
No If not, why?
Ran small, absolutely no way to sew up the center or place a zipper. Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes If not, why?
- What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Easy to make the hand openings and the hood. Fabric used
Red poly coat fabric Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
Make several sizes bigger than you think you'll need or add an inch to each piece. Also I lined the hood. Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes Any additional comments
I used a yard more fabric than the pattern called for and it still wasn't big enough. Also it isn't lined so make sure you have enough fabric if you decide to line it. Did you SNS what you made from this pattern? If so, add a link to your SNS here.
