I didn't care for the low neckline Fabric used
cotton baby rib knit Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I raised the neckline 5/8" by using FOE but it was still a bit low, next time I'm raising it at least 1/4". I also lengthened each tier 1.5". Would you sew this pattern again?
