Jalie 2326 Men's and Boys Boxers Shorts Pattern Description
Loose fitting boxer shorts with button fly and hemline slits. View A with back crotch seam, View B without back crotch seam. Which view and size did you make?
View B Mens Size U Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes If not, why?
- Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes If not, why?
- What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
The front and back pieces did not line up when I went to sew the crotch seam. I had to trim at least an inch off of the back. I don't like how they don't explain how to finish your edges. You need to plan ahead and serge certain pieces before sewing to have finished edges. Following the pattern as is will leave you with completely unfinished insides. I think it runs very large. I chose a size 2 sizes smaller than my DH's measurements based on other reviews and they still look large compared to rtw boxers that fit him. Fabric used
cotton woven Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I omitted the button fly. Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes Any additional comments
