Summer 2009 - #29 Rosalind t-shirt Pattern Description
Girl's short-sleeved t-shirt (sizes 98-146) Which view and size did you make?
size 146 Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes If not, why?
- Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes If not, why?
- What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I love the gathered, puffed sleeves as well as the shirring in the sleeve. It makes the top much more feminine and dainty and much more fancier looking than a plain sleeved t-shirt. I also like that the neckline is more rounded and a tad lower (but not too low) than other t-shirts I've made. It's a simple top to make with great results. Fabric used
cotton lyca w/ contrast interlock binding Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I wouldn't change a thing with this pattern. It's a pretty, comfortable little top that goes wonderfully with skirts. Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes Any additional comments
The sizing on this was bang on. Not too big and not too small. I've made two of these tops in that last 2 days and am thrilled to have found such a pretty top in a bigger size for my dd. Did you SNS what you made from this pattern? If so, add a link to your SNS here.
