I seem to be making a bunch of related tutorials during this contest, but that isn't bad, right? A few people asked about when I would use the pleater board. I had an idea for a skirt, and I thought it would make the perfect birthday present for a friend's 6th birthday. I decided to photograph the process, and here it is.

This pattern goes from size 2T all the way to adult. You may need to adjust the length of the skirt depending on how long you (or your daughter) likes to wear skirts.
