Peasant Blouse w/shirred sleeves & ruffle neck DL

How is that for a full title? This shows how to make a peasant blouse with shirred sleeves and a ruffled neckline. This tutorial ended up being a bit more detailed than I first thought it would be. I also added several tips for sewing.

I used the Peasant Blouse Pattern in size 4 (http://www.sewingmamas.com/b/showthread.php?t=139 076) that I loaded the other day, but you can use other patterns as well.

nice tutorial. I never though about using the 2 rows of stitching on the blouse top. I use it when making elastic waist pants for a girly look and I love it.
