Roxy Pattern Description
Woven or Knit Dress Which view and size did you make?
Woven with back button placket and long sleeves. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes If not, why?
- Were the instructions easy to follow?
No If not, why?
This pattern is simple in knit, but in my opinion needs better directions for sewing the woven version because of the button placket which I was not familiar with. However, it came together well. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I love the fit of the dress when made in a woven. I love the variety of pattern pieces which really allow you to change up the look of the final dress. Fabric used
corduroy from JAs, random trims, woven cotton for facing. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made or would recommend
I left pattern as is. I added a gathered ruffle to the hem for a more girly look. Would you sew this pattern again?
Yes Would you recommend this pattern to others?
Yes Any additional comments
I love the Roxy in woven and will be making several more as dresses and as tops. More photos in SNS link. http://i998.photobucket.com/albums/af108/kelleyspics/Sewing/100_7010.jpg Did you SNS what you made from this pattern? If so, add a link to your SNS here.
