I only used the top portion of this swimsuit pattern. I think it would be safe to add just a teense more elastic to the top straps/neck. I added one inch to the length. It would have been fine to add 1 more inch, possibly 2? Right now, it sits pretty much at her belly.

I used the german print for free bikini pattern for the bottoms. The bottoms, I cut about an inch off the rise, and it sits at a good spot above the hips.

These are with no alterations, a straight 98 cm, which is her usual size.

Modified one piece, to make tankini top, added a double ruffle.
