I didn't make a blouse but used the bodice pattern pieces to make the top part of a dress:

I made a 140 which was what her chest measurement fell under. The top gaped a little (after I added the shirring at the top of the skirt part of the dress) so I ended up stitching along the piping to hold it closed. It was still a little low cut for her comfort level so she wore a cami under it. The blouse pattern had ties which I didn't do and has frills at the neckline and armholes. I opted for piping and I also lined the bodice.
