I can't make a great review of this pattern because I did not sew exactly as directed. I changed the pleats to copy a different skirt. However, it is a nicely written pattern. My only caution is that it turned out at least a couple of inches too big at the waist for my dd. I did not check her waist measurement ahead of time because it was a gift, but I would definitely check the waist before you sew this one just to make sure you have the right size.
