I love this coat. I made it with a polyester 'jacketing' from my local fabric store, and a very slippery polyester boarder print for the lining.

I made the smallest womens' size which is normally a bit big on me, but this layers over a fleece perfectly.

It is a bit shorter on me than I'd expected from the photos in the magazine, and if I make another I will lengthen it. I spent about 7 hours sewing this (after it was cut out), and am very pleased with it, I wear it all the time.

I did have a few moments where I doubted it would work out, but just had to not think ahead, but follow the instructions one step at a time.
