Ugh. I thought when I sewed these overalls in a 62 that they were SUPER CUTE and THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER.
Unfortunately they were not very practical in that size and didn't really get worn. It seemed like on a small baby, who's always getting picked up, the overalls bunch up funny.

However, I did really like them in bigger sizes especially around 18 months - 2T (I think that is the top of the size range on this pattern).
