Came to togther well, and it was a first time for me doing something with a collar. The instructions for joining the sleeve and sleeve lining got me for a bit.

Doing the sleeve lining: insert sleeve lining into sleeve and pin, then pull sleeve and sleeve lining inside out again (pin will hold lining to sleeve). Sleeve and lining openings will now be facing each other. Pin and sewing around sleeve wrong side to lining rightside. Push back through and topstitch!
