Size 98 with 4 cm added to length for my 3yo (almost 4.)

I couldn't find any flat lace that I liked, so I just bought pre-gathered lace and attached it instead of gathering flat lace and attaching it. I love the shape of this skirt. After you sew on the lace and both ribbons, you can really see the bell-shape of it.
