These are my new favorite leggings pattern!!!! They fit nice and slim, and they are perfect for the tuxedo ruffle look (here in downloads). It is always hard to find what fits my tall, skinny daughter, and these worked great. I am having to trace/find new patterns, and I was a little nervous about fit. They fit great!

My dd's measurements are:
waist- 19.5
inseam- 15
waist to floor-23
height- just shy of 39"

I made size 92 with no seam allowance, I added 1/2" at the top, and I added 2.5" to the hem.

I love these leggings here too, I'll try to get better pics when they aren't on her crooked :)
I made a size 92 with 2 In added to the legs and 1In to the rise. She wears a 3T in rtw.
