sewed in 98cm with 104cm hem but hacked 2" on the sides, i also omitted the gathering under the yoke. this alterations made the blouse fits my skinny 3 yo better. i added ric rac at the yoke and replaced the long sleeve with the ones from #13.

I made a size 104 and had my mom add embroidery to the collar before sewing the pattern up. I don't recollect any changes to the sizing and it fit my teeny 7 year old and big 5 year old equally well.
