this dress is wide for my not yet 30lbs 3 years old, so i took 1.5" off from the sides, i wished i've taken 2". but other than that, i love it! i dont have any issues sewing this except i have to make sure the gathering to match up for the sides and also on the back where the zipper goes.

it is a little short, i would add a good 2-3 inches to the hem the next time, this is in 98cm.

in 98cm but sewn with knit, omitted the zipper and the extra gathering at the back, also added 2" to the hem. i like it much better this time around than the first time.

This dress runs wide and short. My seven year old DD is 4' 1' tall and weights 50 pounds.
I cut a 116 but it is about three inches to wide.
I cut a 128 length but it is half an inch above the knee.
A simple dress to make and I will be making more.
