I made a dress from this shirt pattern, and increased the height of the ribbing to look like a dress from the Tea clothing website.

There are a couple photos of how I assembled the neck ribbing in my flickr sewing set.
I had a little trouble wrapping my mind around the instructions, so I took pictures when I understood it.
