also very meh about this. did the sleeves from the dress since it's summer

Shoulder seams gathered to shorten them, sleeves, removed and arm opening bound and elastic inserted to tighten them up as they were way to loose. Much happier with it now, actually wearable I think. I don't know if I will make another even knowing what changes to make.
