My oldest wanted a bikini with boy shorts so I traced off the Gilda bikini. She absolutely did not want the ruffles across her bum.:wink: I lined it since she's getting older and slowly starting to develop. I used a triple zigzag for all the edges and the straps. The directions aren't the best so I kind of winged it on construction. She's putting it to the test at a friend's pool right now.

I modified the Gilda bikini top into a tankini top for ODD. It turned out really cute. I didn't have lastin, so I used a small piece of regular elastic to do the gathered piece--the directions for that were a bit off, I think. The rest of the directions were fine, and the suit turned out really cute.
