I followed Mel's tutorial for these. (Thanks Mel!) The leg elastic got a little out of control, but when they are on it smoothes out. This picot edge stuff was a bit tricky for me. I gave up on it after the legs and used a scrap of FOE I had for the waist. I am awaiting some narrow FOE to use on other pairs. I did cut off about 2 inches off the top to make the rise shorter.
